Mr Slater and the Northam PEAC students have been exploring scientific methods and techniques to the investigation of crime in in the Forensic Investigators course. In session 1 the students analysed fingerprinting and in session 2 they delved into the analysis of blood spatters! We look forward to next session where members of the Centre for Forensic Anthropology will attend and give us further hands on experience into estimating age and height from hand x-rays and footprints and also students will explore the similarities and differences between real human and animal bones.
