Description: You are now a Guardian of the Earth! By 2050 the population of the Earth will be close to 9 billion. We need to start now to ensure we have enough food for our survival. You will be working with experts and scientists to ensure a sustainable food supply now and into the future. Alternative food sources will be explored. Insects anyone? Sentinel bees are guarding our coast, why? What is biosecurity and why do we need a seed vault? Explore the ways technology can help us to ensure we provide food for a growing population. We will look at fair trade to ensure producers are being supported around the world. Will you accept the challenge? Your next dinner may depend on it!
